This 1913 Prairie style property did not meet historic code and was scheduled to be torn down. Our client bought it and asked us to renovate the exterior. We were up for the task! Following architectural design, the house won an Award of Merit by the Quapaw Quarter Association in 2019. The house is now an AIRBNB!
